Pastor Phillip H. McLeod
Minister. Phillip H. McLeod was born July 22, 1985 in Oakland, California. He began ushering in church alongside his mother when he started walking. It was at the tender age of five-years-old when he confessed Christ as his personal Savior. As the years progressed and he served in various ministries, Minister McLeod discovered his love for worship through music. He began to sing, direct, and lead congregations into worship. At the age of 14-years-old, he acknowledged his call to the ministry.
After years of dedicated Christian service and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television at San Francisco State University in 2007, Master of Theological Studies from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in 2011, and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco in 2013. The Lord directed Pastor McLeod to relocate to the Dallas, Texas metroplex. Pastor McLeod married his high school sweetheart, Kavina McLeod, in 2017 and added to their union, The “M&M Crew”, Micah Mason, Myla Marie and Myielle Maurine McLeod.
God inspired Pastor McLeod to lead a church plant in 2023. After much prayer and counsel, he is now prepared to launch, His People Christian Fellowship, taken from PSALM 100:3, in Spring of 2025. The Lord is using Pastor McLeod to do a new thing in North Dallas with His People Christian Fellowship, a family of baptized believers who are committed to the great commission, caring for the community and celebrating Christ.
